Here you can look forward to a well-coordinated team, modern practice infrastructure, and an experienced medical director! Together with two other ophthalmologists and a team of 6 medical practice assistants, you will care for an existing patient base. Here you may choose your salary model: a secure fixed salary, a combination of fixed and commission-based pay, or purely commission-based pay.
We are looking for a specialist in ophthalmology to lead conservative consultations with a workload between 60-100%.

Your responsibilities:
- Independent management of the conservative consultation with an existing patient base
- You independently conduct ophthalmological preventive, control, and follow-up examinations
- Based on your findings, you create individual therapy plans and guide patients clearly through the treatment
- In collaboration with optometrists, practice assistants, and other professionals, you ensure comprehensive care
Your skills:
- You hold a specialist title in ophthalmology - practical experience is an advantage but not a requirement
- You enjoy working in a team and appreciate professional exchange as well as mutual support
- With expertise, empathy, and strong social skills, you build trust with patients and their relatives
- You work independently, in a structured and responsible manner, and place great value on quality
