In this responsible leadership role as the treatment-responsible specialist leader (BVF), you take on the professional leadership of the residents assigned to you in the area of Support & Development (B&E) in the sense of case management. You accompany residents in close interdisciplinary collaboration with professionals from psychiatry, agogics, and somatics. You support, accompany, and promote the key persons and teams professionally and thus contribute to the professional development of the employees in the B&E area. In your leadership role, you are responsible for the professional orientation of agogic measures. You make an active contribution to the understanding and implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. As a leader, you participate in leadership meetings and management events and ensure transparent, goal-oriented information flow internally and externally.
