Purchaser 80% (all genders) | Bossard GroupAs a purchaser in our team, you are responsible for the timely supply of our central warehouses in Switzerland, France and Denmark. You process orders, maintain supplier relationships and keep our data up to date - ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time.
Your tasks?
Responsibility for the optimal availability of goods and services considering budgets, targets and the current procurement market situation
Processing enquiries, orders, order confirmations, quotations and reminders, as well as demand notifications and complaints management
Further development of an optimal supplier base and relationship
Updating supplier and article data in the relevant systems and ERP
Implementation of results from procurement market research
Close collaboration with stakeholders of subsidiaries within Europe (sales, quality, engineering, assortment team)
Participation in supplier visits
Involvement in projects
Your profile?
Commercial or technical basic training with commercial further education
Preferably further education in procurement (e.g. federally certified purchasing specialist)
At least 5 years of experience in purchasing or production planning/scheduling, preferably in an international environment
Good communication skills, sense of responsibility and an analytical approach
Goal-oriented, independent and self-reliant working style
IT affinity with very good MS Office skills as well as common ERP systems
Good German and English skills, spoken and written
