Department Assistant
Do you want to take responsibility in an innovative and motivated environment at the interface of organisation, administration and project work and actively help shape the project services? In this versatile hub function, you also contribute substantively and editorially to documents, presentations and decision-making bases.
Your tasks
- Support of the department management in organisational, administrative and conceptual tasks
- Coordination of appointments, meetings and events
- Deadline monitoring of important matters
- Structured and independent preparation of information as well as preparation and follow-up of matters
- Collaboration in the creation and revision of documents, presentations and decision-making bases
- Active further development of processes and working methods
Your profile
- Commercial, construction-technical or comparable training
- Forward-looking and independent working style as well as a pronounced organisational talent
- Ability to quickly familiarise yourself with complex topics and prepare information in a structured manner
- Experience in an architectural or planning environment is an advantage
- Enjoyment of a versatile role between organisation, communication and substantive collaboration
- High digital affinity and proficient use of MS Office
