What is my role?

• Quality-assuring activities and monitoring of production quality according to specifications

• Operating, monitoring and adjusting production machines in compliance with safety and hygiene guidelines (BRC, HACCP, GMP)

• Ensuring timely provision of all necessary raw, auxiliary and operating materials

• Introduction and coordination of line employees

• Maintenance and cleaning of production machines and lines according to cleaning schedules

• Operation of the ERP system, evaluation and optimisation of production data and key figures

• Monitoring of rejects, downtime and production performance

• Continuous improvement of production machines and processes

• Support in root cause analysis and rectification of process deviations

• Close cooperation with production, quality assurance, maintenance and other internal departments

What do I need to be successful?

• Professional experience in production, ideally in an automated plant or packaging operation

• Experience in operating and monitoring production systems

• Initial leadership experience or strong interest in a leadership role

• High awareness of quality and safety

• Reliable, independent and solution-oriented working style

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Willingness to work in shifts

• Good German language skills, spoken and written

• Technical understanding and manual dexterity

• Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office

• Experience in food packaging is an advantage

• Resilience and flexibility
