The Weisse Arena Group in LAAX is a pioneer in alpine tourism and an enthusiastic community for unique mountain adventures. With cable cars, hotels, gastronomy, sports and rental shops, as well as the LAAX School, we create unforgettable experiences for our guests – and attractive workplaces for our employees.
The restaurant shared flat for everyone: A shared flat full of life, with an open show kitchen and bar for self-service, a cosy lounge for coffee gatherings, surrounding sofa and work areas for co-working space users, and a garden for balcony chillers. Cooking is done with great attention to detail, without ready-made products but with lots of organic products, preferably from the region, and with care to produce little to no waste. Ella is proud of this, remains persistent, and constantly improves. Ella is also uncomplicated, cheeky, and modern – a hostess with passion.
