About the job

Serving the population of the 31 municipalities in the Broye-Vully district, managed by ARAS BROYE-VULLY, the CSR is notably responsible for granting the Integration Income (RI). It is also called upon for non-financial assistance and support, and its activity is rapidly evolving. It addresses the social difficulties of the population and participates in the deployment of social action in the Broye-Vully district.

Social Worker at 80%

Your mission:

Monitoring and supporting beneficiaries within the framework of the Integration Income, particularly in the following areas:

• Social support: Personalised assistance (support, advice and social information);
• Social integration: Implementation of social and socio-professional integration measures;
• Empowerment: Assistance in acquiring social and administrative skills.

 Desired profile:

• Diploma from a recognised social school or equivalent training
• Experience in the field of social integration
• Knowledge of the cantonal and regional social network
• Listening and communication skills, ability to work in a team and independently
• Good knowledge of social insurance
• Familiarity with common IT tools

Workplace: Moudon and Payerne
