For our Bödeli Brocki in Interlaken, we are looking for an engaged, experienced leader to start immediately or by arrangement
Tasks to be done
- Management of the Clearances/Recycling area as a friendly, customer- and service-oriented point of contact
- Professional and personnel leadership as well as planning of the subordinate employees
- Planning, consulting and execution of customer-specific clearance work including quotation management
- Independent planning, supervision and promotion of accompanied persons (individual and group settings) according to their individual abilities and needs
What we expect from you
- Completed vocational or commercial basic training, ideally with further education in social work, pedagogy or leadership
- Enjoyment in working with diverse people facing challenges
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for antiques / flea market items
- Motivation for collaborative teamwork

- Organisational talent, independent and structured working style
- Driving licence category B
