Mission
- Provide the best possible shopping experience to customers through optimal management of product availability, presentation, and sales promotion.
- Lead and motivate employees by ensuring, for the assigned area, the maintenance of key figures such as net product, clearances, personnel costs, waste, and inventory discrepancies.
- Also comply with quality and presentation guidelines at the POS: freshness, quality, hygiene, temperatures, expiry dates.
- Also ensure the management of the point of sale in the absence of the manager.
Required Skills
- Experience in a comparable role with leadership responsibilities
- High availability and strong customer service orientation
- Flexibility regarding working hours
- Autonomous and rigorous work style, proficiency in IT tools
- Fluent written and spoken French
- Friendliness and team spirit, neat appearance
