About the job
In this cross-departmental role, you will support the Data Protection Officer in handling and coordinating data protection-related issues across the diverse business areas of the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz. Your main tasks include:
- Review and assessment of data protection agreements as well as handling data protection-related enquiries
- Creation and maintenance of a comprehensible and legally compliant documentation of data protection activities
- Advising and raising awareness among employees on data protection topics as well as conducting training sessions
- Support in monitoring and ensuring compliance with applicable data protection regulations (DSG and GDPR)
- Maintenance, further development and continuous optimisation of the data protection management system
- Participation in data protection projects and implementation of new legal and operational requirements
- Completed degree at university of applied sciences level or a comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on quality management, business administration, data protection, law or a related field
- Strong interest in data protection issues and motivation to acquire sound expertise and actively develop data protection within the company
- Analytical thinking as well as a structured, independent and careful working style
- High service orientation and enjoyment in collaborating with different departments
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills, both written and spoken
- Ideally several years of professional experience in a regulated environment or in the areas of compliance, data protection or quality management
