Your Contribution
For the regions of Bern and Lausanne, you will take on the acceptance, processing, and resolution of support requests. You ensure support at the 1st and 2nd level (on-site if needed) and are responsible for the following tasks:
- You analyze incidents and apply appropriate solutions, ensuring traceability and sharing your knowledge within the team
- You communicate with users and, if necessary, forward requests to the relevant specialist departments
- You share your expertise within the team and contribute to the continuous improvement and development of processes
Your Skills and Talents

- You have training in IT or at least three years of experience in a technical or support environment
- You have experience in 1st and 2nd level support
- You are proficient with hardware and software and enjoy sharing your knowledge
- You have good knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and other IT tools
- You are solution-oriented and focus on the needs of users
- You have an empathetic personality, strong team spirit, and excellent interpersonal skills
- You speak fluent German and French; English and Italian are an advantage
- You are continuously committed to your development and hold a category B driving license
