Your area of responsibility
- You lead and coach a software engineering team of 5–9 employees and bear the technical responsibility for the Swiss Life customer portal.
- In doing so, you consistently drive team enablement and AI adoption forward.
- Together with the product team, you shape the further development of our customer portal and actively participate in product development.
- At the same time, you ensure high quality standards and best practices in software development.
- Additionally, you contribute to the further development and optimization of our department and the strategic development of our employees.
Your strengths
- You have a higher professional education in computer science (ETH/UNI/FH) and at least 5 years of experience in web development with React and/or .NET.
- You lead with passion, master agile leadership methods, and possess strong communication skills as well as change management competence.
- You thrive in collaboration within a management team.
- Practical AI experience distinguishes you: GitHub Copilot, LLM APIs (Azure OpenAI Service), and AI-supported development workflows are part of your repertoire.
- From conception and definition to production, you cover all phases of product development and strategically transform AI potentials into business value.
- You are also skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Additionally, you have knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure), DevOps practices, and agile methods, and communicate fluently in German and English.
