Mould Maker / Toolmaker (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 87,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced mould maker / toolmaker for the manufacture and processing of high-quality precision moulds and tools. Our client develops and produces customised mould and tool solutions for industrial applications, combining precise manufacturing with modern processing technologies. The company offers a technically demanding environment, varied projects, modern machines and good opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities:
Manufacture and processing of injection moulds, tools and precision components
Programming and operating CNC milling machines for complex tool components
Performing wire and sinker EDM work
Manufacturing and processing of parts according to technical drawings and 3D CAD data
Assembly, adjustment and optimisation of moulds and tools
Conducting dimensional, shape and quality controls using modern measuring instruments
Analysing and resolving manufacturing deviations and technical problems
Contributing to the optimisation of tools, manufacturing processes and machining procedures
Qualifications:
Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ specialising in mould making or toolmaking or comparable training
Several years of experience in mould or tool making
Good knowledge of CNC milling, EDM and mechanical processing
Confident reading of technical drawings and 3D CAD data
Good German language skills spoken and written
