What is my role?

In this varied role, you are responsible for the maintenance, service, and repair of crane systems and hook devices at the customer’s site as well as in the workshop. You carry out service assignments in the event of malfunctions, emergencies, and maintenance work and perform diagnostic and inspection tasks on hydraulic and electrical systems. Additionally, independent troubleshooting and support during commissioning are part of your duties. As part of repairs, you also perform welding and construction work. You document the work carried out in the corresponding service reports. Furthermore, you advise and train customers in the operation and maintenance of the systems.

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed a technical vocational training, ideally as a construction machinery mechanic, truck mechanic, or vehicle locksmith. Furthermore, you possess solid practical and theoretical knowledge in hydraulics and vehicle electrics as well as in various welding processes. A quick grasp of new information as well as an independent, efficient, and reliable working style characterise you. In contact with customers, you present yourself in a service-oriented and professional manner, are flexible, and show initiative. A category B driving licence completes your profile.
