Product Manager Component Development 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a Product Manager Component Development who develops innovative and economical component and system solutions for the future of timber construction, building envelopes, and interior fittings. You scan trends, identify market needs, and transform practical challenges into solutions with real added value. With your technical know-how, you design using CAD, taking into account structural engineering, fire protection, and energy efficiency. You bring prototypes to market maturity and independently coordinate projects with regard to deadlines, costs, and quality.

What do I need to be successful?

• Training in timber construction as a carpenter with technical further education as a timber construction engineer or technician TS

• 2-3 years of experience in planning, design, and development in timber construction

• CAD affinity and knowledge of building physics and relevant standards

• Structured working method, strategic thinking, and pragmatic action

• You are a doer who prefers to get stuck in rather than wait

• You want to shape and make an impact

• Business management know-how or further training in product management

• French or English language skills

• Experience with ClickUp or other project management tools
