Area of responsibility

Strategic and operational management as well as further development of the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) departments

Member of the Site Management Team and central representative of the Quality department at the site

Ensuring GMP compliance and implementation of all regulatory requirements (e.g. Swissmedic, PIC/S, ICH Guidelines)

Overall responsibility for the quality management system and its certifications (GMP, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000)

Planning, control and professional support of inspections by authorities, customers, suppliers as well as internal audits

Coordination of deviation, CAPA and change control management

Contact person for customers in the area of quality and maintenance of relevant contacts with customers and the corporate organisation

Creation, analysis and follow-up of Product Quality Reviews (PQRs) as well as quality-relevant reports and key figures

Your profile

Completed scientific degree, ideally with a focus on pharmacy or chemistry

Several years of professional and leadership experience in quality management in a GMP-regulated environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or contract manufacturing

Sound knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and quality standards

Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written

Confident handling of MS Office; experience with SAP desirable

Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as high personal responsibility and hands-on mentality

Enjoy working with other departments at the site

Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as confident appearance towards internal and external partners
