We offer the opportunity for an internship at the Winterthur or Zurich location starting August 2026 or by arrangement:

Your tasks
You will work on projects that contribute to the development towards sponge cities, adaptation to climate change, integral protection of water bodies, or the renewal of our infrastructure. This includes creating measurement concepts, inspecting and recording structures and water bodies, developing simulation models, conducting data analyses, assisting with project planning tasks, and preparing documentation.
This will give you a good insight and overview of the tasks, requirements, and working methods of aspiring engineers in this field.
Your profile
- You have 5-6 semesters of study experience as a civil engineer or environmental engineer.
- You think outside the box and show initiative.
- You enjoy hydraulic issues and have an interest in data analysis, modeling, and simulation.
- You like being out in the field and enjoy exploring the exciting underground world for structure inspections.
- You are looking for an internship of at least 4 months to gain insights into the areas of urban water management and water bodies.
