- Manage consulting and software development projects: You take on the negotiation, planning, execution and control of IT consulting and software development projects. It is not about managing the project business and the employees in the project, but actively and purposefully developing and efficiently controlling it.
- Take responsibility: Responsibility for effort calculation and adherence to schedule and budget plans is part of your duties.
- Lead project teams: Lead large project teams and ensure optimal utilisation of the team.
- Quality and test management: You ensure compliance with quality standards by applying efficient quality and test management.
- Be the interface: You take care of interface management with customers, which means building and maintaining partnership-based customer relationships with the aim of high customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty.
- Customer development, sales and presales: Strategic customer development and the technical and professional support of sales activities as well as presales activities are also part of your responsibilities.
HOW YOU SUCCEED
- Qualification: You have a degree in economics with a minor in computer science, (business) informatics or a comparable qualification.
- IT project management and leadership experience: You have already gained diverse experience in (multi-)project management and know the business of an IT service company. Additionally, you have at least 5 years of experience leading project teams with several employees and the necessary skills to motivate employees in all phases of a project.
- Certifications: Ideally, you hold recognised certifications in classical and agile project management, in the areas of HERMES, SAFe, Scrum and/or IPMA.
- Early warning system experience: You have experience with early warning systems in large software projects and project controlling.
- Quality and test management experience: In project-critical situations, you demonstrate a solution-oriented, structured approach.
- Extensive experience in quality and test management of software development projects.
Presales experience: You show confidence in dealing with decision-makers and extensive experience in presales activities. - Desirable industry knowledge: Experience in public transport (e.g. with transport companies, consultancies, suppliers or authorities).
- AI competence: You confidently use AI tools in your field, critically evaluate the results and support customers and adessi in utilising AI potentials.
- Language skills: Very good German and good English skills. French is an advantage.
- Flexibility: You are willing to travel for projects.
