Wellfit-Spa Specialist Manager (m/f/d)
In your job as a Spa Specialist Manager, you lead and train a multicultural team consisting of receptionists, masseurs, and beauticians. With your professional and economic management, you ensure the ROBINSON quality standards and are responsible for the business results. Furthermore, you manage the spa offers and treatments of the WellFit-Spa area in close cooperation with the ROBINSON headquarters and take care of the entire administrative area, such as ordering, inventory, and staff scheduling. Finally, you ensure the flawless operation of the spa area so that our guests can feel completely comfortable.
You should bring yourself and the following:
- Professional training in cosmetics and/or medical massage/physiotherapy
- Many years of professional experience in this field
- Ideally, first leadership experience
- Experience in managing a spa or wellness area or further training in wellness and spa management
- Business knowledge in the spa sector
- Ideally, distance learning in wellness & spa management
- Enjoyment in dealing with guests even outside your specialist area
- Above-average commitment
