- Manage and maintain the company’s integrated quality management system
- Ensure the QMS complies with applicable standards and regulatory requirements
- Supervise and support the operational Quality Assurance function and assist the dedicated employee
- Guarantee the maintenance of current ISO certifications and manage new certifications
- Monitor regulatory and normative developments
- Organise and oversee internal, external, client, and certification audits
- Prepare and lead management reviews
- Supervise quality document management and update procedures
- Define, monitor, and analyse quality indicators and produce reports for Management
- Support technical teams in equipment qualification
- Higher education in Quality, Engineering (TQ3)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent command of ISO 9001; ISO 13485 (an advantage)
- Proven experience in audits and quality system management
- Ability in management and cross-functional coordination
- Mastery of the watchmaking sector (non-negotiable)
- Mastery of watch components
