Your tasks:

• Monitoring and compliance with legal and operational safety regulations throughout the plant and on construction sites

• Support and advice to employees and supervisors on occupational safety issues

• Conducting safety inspections and audits

• Carrying out risk assessments

• Creation and implementation of safety measures and concepts

• Training of employees and external personnel on occupational safety

• Analysis and documentation of workplace accidents as well as derivation of measures

• Development of measures for continuous improvement

• Preparation of reports, instructions and documents

Your profile:

• Technical basic training with further education as an occupational safety specialist or safety expert

• Independent, structured, proactive and solution-oriented working style

• Strong communication skills and persuasiveness in dealing with employees and managers

• Very good knowledge of the German language, spoken and written
