Paediatric Nurse (M/F)

On behalf of our partner, your main tasks include:

• Ensuring the follow-up and comprehensive nursing care of newborns, children and adolescents while strictly adhering to paediatric protocols.

• Supporting, listening to and guiding families to fully involve them in their child’s care pathway.

• Observing the clinical condition of young patients with responsiveness to anticipate any changes.

• Working in close synergy with the multidisciplinary team and partner health networks.

• Establishing and maintaining a warm, safe and age-appropriate care environment.

To succeed in integration with our client, the expected skills are:

• A nursing diploma specialised in paediatrics, or solid and significant experience in this field of care.

• An excellent sense of listening, empathy and a proven ability to defuse stressful situations calmly.

• Absolute rigour in applying therapies and maintaining care records.

• Applications from the EU or EFTA are welcome, subject to recognition by the Swiss Red Cross (SRC) validated or in progress.
