About the job

• you take care of all steps of ward supply, from ordering through picking to storage in all departments
• you are responsible for the complete order processing of stock and flow-through items, including monitoring delivery dates, handling complaints and evaluating alternative items
• you receive material deliveries, carry out incoming goods inspections and store and rearrange goods (intralogistics)
• you check, process and code creditor invoices in time for the monthly accounting closing in the ERP workflow
• you maintain the article and supplier master data in the system and assist with inventories
• you actively participate in interprofessional collaboration and optimise workflows together with the specialist departments (storage, processes, digitalisation)

• you have a logistics qualification or a background in the medical or commercial field
• you have several years of experience in purchasing/material management or supply logistics; practical experience in a hospital is a great advantage
• you convince with reliability and flexibility, bring genuine team spirit and communicate openly and proactively – a valuable contribution to our team culture
• you think in a networked way, work very structured, precisely and independently
• you like to show initiative, are resilient and willing to get stuck in yourself (good physical condition)
• you have good IT skills and command German confidently in spoken and written form
