Your Tasks and Perspectives

• Assumption of training activities (workload 40%) in the department according to the training concept
• Additional involvement in direct care and support of patients (workload from 10% - 60%) possible
• Co-responsibility for planning and conducting learning support as well as individual guidance and promotion of trainees in the department
• Interesting, varied and challenging field of activity

What You Bring to This Position

• Training as a certified nurse with a diploma recognised in Switzerland and professional experience in nursing, ideally with experience in training
• Pedagogical skills
• High social, professional and nursing competence and an appreciative attitude towards patients
• Resilient, flexible and empathetic personality
• Willingness to collaborate constructively in an interdisciplinary context with an independent, conscientious and reliable working style and high quality awareness
