Production Manager / CNC Programmer 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for you as a Production Manager / CNC Programmer (m/f/d). You lead, plan and coordinate a production team of around 6 employees and ensure the timely manufacture of drawing parts with CNC machines. You ensure a high availability of the production machines and identify as well as solve bottlenecks and problems in day-to-day operations in cooperation with production planning. Your tasks include creating CNC programmes including the associated documentation. You manufacture high-quality machine parts (cast & steel) in small series or as single parts (milling, turning and grinding). In addition, you ensure order, cleanliness and occupational safety.

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed a basic mechanical training, preferably in the mechanical engineering sector. You bring several years of experience in production in the field of CNC turning and CNC milling. You have very good knowledge in programming CNC programmes (Esprit experience is an advantage). You have experience in personnel and technical leadership of employees as well as sound experience in production planning. You possess good German language skills in spoken and written form. You work independently and precisely, show initiative and a sense of responsibility and are a team player.
