For an established technology company, we are looking for a technically skilled and extremely precise individual for the assembly and testing of tiny parts and micro connectors. You will work with modern production equipment in a demanding quality environment.

Employee Microassembly (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Assembly and testing of tiny parts (micro parts) according to work instructions
• Assembly of micro connectors with very high quality requirements
• Operation of semi-automatic systems in the micro area
• Microscopic final inspection and packaging of micro products
• Feedback of production orders in the SAP system
• Booking of individual parts to production orders in the SAP system
• Ensuring high quality standards and compliance with all regulations
• Application and implementation of lean methods
• Working in a cleanroom while adhering to defined quality and process standards

Your Profile

• Technical or mechanical basic or further training desirable
• Professional experience handling small parts and optical aids is an advantage
• Experience working under a microscope and with very small components is a great advantage
• Experience in operating systems or machines, for example with CNC controls
• Good technical understanding of production equipment and semi-automatic systems
• Confident working according to technical specifications and documentation
• Very good eyesight, high concentration ability and precise working method
• Willingness to participate in new and developing processes
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English is an advantage
• Flexibility and willingness to work overtime and shifts
