Your new tasks

• You conduct practical technical training in the fields of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), hydraulics, control technology and building technology for customers, partners and internal employees, both in person and online.
• You combine theoretical basics with practical applications and convey content based on concrete problems from everyday work.
• You are the internal contact person for the Academy for building automation technology and accompany training on new products, technologies and applications.
• You ensure the professional quality of existing training and course offerings and support subject matter experts didactically and methodically.
• You analyse training needs from the market and the internal organisation, maintain the professional training backlog for building automation technology and prioritise the next development steps.

Your talents and experience

• You have a technical basic education, for example as a project manager in automation or building technology, building services planner or in a comparable technical profession.
• You bring several years of practical experience in planning, project engineering, commissioning, engineering, service or maintenance of HVAC systems and hydraulic systems.
• You have completed further training at HF, FH level or a comparable qualification in HVAC, building technology, energy and environmental technology or building automation.
• You have experience teaching groups.
• You present yourself convincingly, communicate strongly and professionally, and convey technical content clearly and practically.
• You use Microsoft 365 applications confidently and are interested in artificial intelligence.
• You have business fluent German and ideally knowledge of French.
• Ideally, you bring an SVEB certificate "Trainer" or a comparable adult education qualification.
• A criminal record check is required for the position.
