For an established company, we are looking for an experienced individual as an IT System Engineer. In this versatile position, you will take responsibility for a modern IT infrastructure and, together with the team, ensure stable, secure, and reliable operations. At the same time, the role offers plenty of scope for shaping the further development and modernisation of the IT landscape.
- Management of a versatile, predominantly on-premise operated IT infrastructure with Windows and Linux systems
- Ensuring stable and secure IT operations including maintenance and further development
- Participation in modernisation, transformation, and infrastructure projects
- Sound knowledge of Windows, Linux, networks, and IT security
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies, especially Azure, is an advantage
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong sense of responsibility and enjoyment of a versatile IT role
- Very good German or English skills
- Willingness to occasionally participate in on-call duties
- Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths
- High degree of freedom and independent working
- At least 5 weeks of holiday
- Support for professional training
- Possibility for home office up to 2 days per week
- Regular company and team events

- Strong sense of responsibility and enjoyment of a versatile IT role
- Very good German or English skills
