Event Coordinator (m/f/d) 100%

Your tasks:
· Clarification of potential customers' needs
· Guided tours of customers and guests through Hotel Meilenstein
· Preparation of offers and functions
· Assistance in preparing the weekly F&B meeting
· Ensuring the highest guest satisfaction
· Provision of seminar rooms and support of seminar guests on site
· Guarantee and compliance with regulations and internal company guidelines
· Deputising and contact person in the absence of the event management
You bring with you:
· Commercial training in hospitality/catering
· Basic business management knowledge
· Very good PC user skills in various programmes
· Very good German and English skills, spoken and written; French is an advantage
· Networked thinking and acting
· Passion for the profession including customer-oriented thinking
· Well-groomed appearance
· Reliable and responsible
· Cheerful and motivated personality
