Responsible Retail Construction & Facility Management
Wallisellen as well as travel throughout Switzerland
Tasks you will enjoy:
- You lead new build and refurbishment projects of our branches and depot areas from conception to handover
- You work closely with the expansion team and contribute your technical and construction expertise early in new projects
- You obtain the necessary building and operating permits from the relevant authorities and ensure timely processing
- You plan and procure furniture for branches and depot areas – from selection to on-time delivery and installation
- You lead and coordinate two internal service technicians in day-to-day operations
- You ensure the technical and infrastructural operation of all locations and the headquarters
- You manage external craftsmen, architects and service providers in terms of quality, costs and deadlines
- You develop maintenance concepts and are responsible for energy management
- You bear budget responsibility for investments (CAPEX) and ongoing operations (OPEX)
- You ensure compliance with all legal requirements and safety regulations
Requirements you bring:
- Technical basic training with further education (e.g. Facility Manager FH/HF, Project Manager)
- Several years of experience in retail construction, facility management or project management – ideally in Swiss retail
- Initial leadership experience with craftsmen or technicians
- Structured, strong in negotiation and cost-conscious
- Hands-on mentality with enjoyment of short decision-making paths
- Driving licence category B and willingness to travel in German-speaking Switzerland
