Trainee Train Driver 100%

As a train driver at Thurbo, you will bring our passengers safely and punctually to their destination on the 658-kilometre network. This means responsibility, variety and probably the most beautiful workplace in the Thurbo area. It gets interesting regarding the rolling stock. The latest technology awaits you. The new Flirt Evo trains are gradually replacing the GTW generation vehicles.

• After successfully completing the 11-month training, you will operate our regional trains through Eastern Switzerland.
• You will bring our passengers safely, punctually and comfortably to their destination and ensure customer information.
• You know the technical and operational requirements. In case of irregularities, you initiate targeted measures.

• You have completed a three- or four-year vocational training or obtained the Matura (school-leaving certificate).
• You are between 22 and 47 years old.
• You appreciate irregular working hours and have a clean criminal record.
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• You are responsible, conscientious and enjoy working with people and technology.
