Polymechanic Experience with Sinker EDM Machines
Activities
- Setting up and operating sinker EDM machines (focus on wire erosion)
- Manufacturing of highly precise CNC parts in the micrometer range
- Ensuring quality and dimensional accuracy for demanding workpieces
- Optimizing processes and machining workflows
- Working in a regulated day shift operation
Requirements
- Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ
- Experience in sinker EDM and CNC manufacturing
- Very precise, clean, and independent working style
- Understanding of highly precise components in the millimeter and micrometer range
- Residence ideally within a 30-minute commute
