Tasks you will enjoy:
- Developing and implementing the branch strategy in close coordination with management to ensure a profitable and brand-appropriate sales organisation
- Controlling branch and depot results based on KPI-driven analyses and deriving targeted measures to improve profitability
- Planning and controlling sales, revenue, and costs within the framework of corporate planning to ensure budget compliance
- Analysing and optimising underperforming locations as well as developing and implementing measures to promote sales
- Ensuring a consistent, sales-promoting branch appearance in the areas of visual merchandising, service quality, and customer experience
- Conducting market and competitor observations as well as preparing location analyses as a basis for decisions on expansion and renovations
- Implementing ecological corporate goals within the area of responsibility, including sustainability requirements
- Leading, motivating, and developing the subordinate Area Managers and employees
Requirements you bring:
- Completed business studies or a comparable qualification with a focus on trade, sales, or management
- Several years of leadership experience in chain retail, system catering, or a comparable industry
- Proven experience in disciplinary and professional leadership of decentralised teams, especially in leading managers
- Sound understanding of business management key figures, P&L control, budgeting, and cost management
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating reports as well as conducting location and weakness analyses
- Deep understanding of retail processes, visual merchandising, sales promotion, and customer service
- Experience in identifying and targeted development of potential talents and junior managers
- Entrepreneurial mindset, structured working style, and willingness to travel regularly within the area of responsibility
