Specialist Educator (F)

We are looking for one of our clients in the Geneva area, for a temporary assignment with the possibility of permanent employment, a Specialist Educator.

Your mission:

• Support women living in an educational home on a daily basis.
• Ensure their safety, well-being and promote their development within a structured framework.
• Manage complex situations with professionalism and kindness.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coherent support.
• Participate in writing observations, educational follow-up and intervention traceability.
• Ensure compliance with the institutional framework and educational projects.

Required skills:

• You have excellent interpersonal, listening and observation skills.
• You can remain calm in complex situations.
• You are very discreet, organised, autonomous and enjoy teamwork.
• You demonstrate reliability, availability and flexibility.
• You have perfect command of French, both spoken and written.
• You possess a professional attitude that is supportive, kind and respectful of the institutional framework.

Your profile:

• You hold a recognised qualification in the field of specialist education or social work.
• You are comfortable supporting women with complex life paths.
