Movement Constructor (M/F)

A watchmaking manufacturer recognised for its high value-added developments, our client operates in the demanding world of High-end Watchmaking.

As part of its development, we are looking for a:

Your mission

As an experienced Movement Constructor, you are a key player in the technical development of new calibres.

You will be involved in:

• The design and construction of high-end watch movements

• 3D modelling and technical drawing creation

• Movement project follow-up from concept phase to industrialisation

• Technical exchanges with R&D, prototyping, methods and production departments

• Optimising technical solutions while respecting aesthetic and functional constraints

• Monitoring tests, adjustments and technical validations

You are responsible for the technical coherence of the project and actively contribute to product excellence.

Your profile

• Technician ES in microtechnology training or equivalent qualification

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in movement construction

• Essential experience with high-end / High-end Watchmaking products

• Proficiency in CAD tools (such as Creo, SolidWorks or equivalent)

• Very good understanding of mechanical, kinematic and industrial constraints

• Analytical mind, rigour and attention to detail

• Ability to work in project mode and in cross-functional collaboration
