What you will achieve
- You are the first point of contact for our employees for all IT concerns and ensure they can work efficiently at all times. Whether by phone, remote support or in person at our headquarters in Dübendorf - you find pragmatic solutions and inspire with excellent service.
- You analyse and resolve disruptions in the areas of workplace, Microsoft 365, hardware, software and mobile devices. You coordinate more complex cases with our specialists in 2nd and 3rd level support.
- You manage user accounts, permissions and groups in our Microsoft environment (Active Directory, Entra ID and Microsoft 365) and support administrative tasks related to the digital workplace.
- You handle incidents and service requests in our IT service management system, coordinate suppliers and service partners and ensure a high level of service quality.
- You identify optimisation potential, contribute your own ideas and actively participate in the further development of our service desk, our processes and our modern IT landscape.
What you bring with you
- You have training as an IT specialist EFZ (support/system technology) or several years of professional experience in IT service desk / IT support.
- You have sound knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, Exchange and Office applications; ideally also in networks, POS systems and PMS systems.
- Your working style is structured, independent and solution-oriented - team spirit and personal responsibility characterise you.
- You have a strong service orientation and enjoy direct contact with users.
- You communicate very well in German - English and French skills are an advantage.
