What is my role?

As a Team Leader Special Cleaning, you take responsibility for your team and ensure smooth operations in demanding cleaning projects. You coordinate the deployment planning of your employees and ensure that all special cleanings are carried out professionally. You are responsible for both quality control and compliance with safety regulations. You conduct regular team meetings, train new employees, and act as a contact person for customers with special cleaning requirements. In addition, you take care of material procurement and the maintenance of special cleaning equipment.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training in the cleaning sector or comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in special cleaning (e.g. industrial cleaning, façade cleaning, façade cleaning)

• Knowledge of special cleaning techniques and agents

• Driving licence class B

• Organisational talent and team skills

• Reliability and independent working style

• Customer orientation and strong communication skills
