Payroll Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF10,500 - 115,000Role:
For an established software and service company in the Basel region, we are looking for an experienced payroll professional. The company combines digital solutions with outsourced payroll services and takes over complete payroll processing for its clients.

Responsibilities:
Independent execution of payroll processing for various clients
Checking personnel, contract, and payroll-relevant master data
Handling AHV, BVG, Suva and other social insurances
Preparation and correction of withholding tax statements for different cantons
Supporting clients with payroll and social insurance-related queries
Ensuring correct, timely, and efficient payroll processes
Qualifications:
Commercial training with further education in payroll, HR or social insurances
Several years of experience in Swiss payroll accounting
Good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance and withholding tax systems
Experience in personnel services, fiduciary or payroll outsourcing is an advantage
High IT affinity and confident handling of digital payroll systems
Very good German skills as well as precise and service-oriented working style
