Tasks

Customer support at 2nd level: You are the competent contact for complex customer concerns and handle them independently, solution-oriented and efficiently.
Customer satisfaction in focus: With a lot of empathy as well as target group-appropriate written and telephone communication, you ensure a consistently positive customer experience.
Analytical approach: You get to the bottom of the concerns, make the necessary clarifications with the responsible specialist departments and develop the best possible solution.
Interdisciplinary collaboration: You are in regular contact with sales outlets, purchasing, payment services, online shop, other internal departments as well as our partner DialogWorld.
Quality and process optimisation: You ensure seamless case documentation in the systems and contribute valuable impulses for the continuous improvement of our processes.

Completed training in retail or commercial field, several years of professional experience is an advantage
Resilient, flexible and communicative personality with high customer orientation as well as precise and independent working style
Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good French skills, English and Italian are an advantage
Confident handling of MS Office, experience with customer service systems is a plus
High sense of responsibility and enjoyment of teamwork
