- Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements as well as participation in the annual financial statement according to Swiss GAAP (OR)
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and handling of accruals and provisions
- Management of fixed asset accounting and monitoring of ongoing business transactions
- Preparation of Swiss VAT returns
- Preparation of documents for audits and internal evaluations
- Further development of digital accounting processes and participation in ERP adjustments
- Federal professional certificate completed or in training is an advantage
- Several years of experience in financial accounting and confidence in closing tasks
- Good knowledge of accounting according to Swiss GAAP (OR) and Swiss VAT
- Confident use of Excel and a common ERP system
- Structured, conscientious working style and understanding of business contexts
- Very good German skills; English skills are welcome

Responsibilities
- Independent management of financial accounting including general ledger and subsidiary ledgers- Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements as well as participation in the annual financial statement according to Swiss GAAP (OR)
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and handling of accruals and provisions
- Management of fixed asset accounting and monitoring of ongoing business transactions
- Preparation of Swiss VAT returns

Profile
- Commercial basic training with further education in finance and accounting- Federal professional certificate completed or in training is an advantage
- Several years of experience in financial accounting and confidence in closing tasks
- Good knowledge of accounting according to Swiss GAAP (OR) and Swiss VAT
- Confident use of Excel and a common ERP system
- Structured, conscientious working style and understanding of business contexts
- Very good German skills; English skills are welcome
