System Engineer & Vocational Trainer (m/f)
Your area of responsibility
- You are an IT professional and vocational trainer for our IT apprentices and accompany them on their training path
- You actively work in operational business and closely with the employees of the internal IT
- You ensure user support as well as the reliable operation of our internal IT infrastructure (clients, servers, network)
- You contribute to the implementation of internal IT projects
- You create and maintain IT infrastructure documentation
Your profile
- You have a professional education in the field of computer science or an equivalent education or further training
- You bring further training as a vocational trainer and several years of experience in training and supporting apprentices
- Organisation is your strength and you keep an overview even with multiple tasks
- You have experience in IT infrastructure support and customer service
- You are a service-oriented team player with initiative
- You enjoy passing on your knowledge and supporting young talents on their path
- You work independently, precisely and reliably
- German as a mother tongue and good English skills
