Your tasks
Independent implementation of holistic nutrition therapeutic treatment – from assessment to treatment completion – according to the UAFP competence profile
Patient-centred treatment according to the Nutritional Care Process (NCP)
Treatment and prevention of malnutrition
Collection of job-specific assessments as well as implementation of goal-oriented and patient-centred treatments and consultations in individual and group settings
Documentation of all interventions according to applicable quality and coding requirements
Guidance and advice for patients and relatives
Collaboration with catering (hotel services, diet kitchen) and co-management of the meal ordering system
Close cooperation with therapy coordinators and the interdisciplinary team
Supervision of students and interns as well as subject-specific training of other professional groups
Co-design and further development of treatment concepts based on current research
Participation in working groups and projects

Your profile
Completed studies in nutrition therapy/nutrition and dietetics (FH) or federally recognised training
Willingness and enjoyment of interprofessional and interdisciplinary collaboration
Flexibility, teamwork, resilience and communication skills
Enjoyment of working with people and interest in a varied activity in the field of geriatric medicine
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
