Deputy Group Leader: Production South Night Shift Panofina
Responsibilities
- Deputising for the group leader during absences
- Independent action during the night shift, balancing responsibility and authority
- Leading and instructing employees during the night shift
- Planning personnel resources according to specifications and requirements of AVOR
- Ensuring the required quality of products on the lines
Requirements
- Experience in the food industry and initial leadership experience
- Willingness to work permanent night shifts and weekends/public holidays
- Quick comprehension, interconnected thinking and good German language skills
- High reliability, conscientiousness and quick grasp
