What is my role?

• Team Captain: You lead, promote and develop the workshop team and take responsibility for the workshop

• Order Manager: You ensure that all repair orders are carried out professionally and on time according to the specifications of the manufacturer and customer

• Efficiency Manager: You plan and schedule work orders efficiently, monitor target achievement in terms of quality and productivity, and support employees with complex diagnostics

• Quality Responsible: You ensure consistently high work quality through targeted quality controls and the use of appropriate testing methods

What do I need to be successful?

• Professional training and expertise: You have completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician EFZ as well as further training as an automotive diagnostician, ideally complemented by experience in a team leader role. Experience in the automotive industry is essential

• Tech Expert: You have broad expertise in mechanics and electronics and have experience in e-mobility and a good understanding of high-voltage technology

• Quality Master: You possess a high quality awareness, perform your work with the utmost precision and stand out with your proactive and solution-oriented working style

• Mindset Master: You are resilient, handle stress positively and always maintain a positive mindset. Your customer-oriented manner as well as your expertise and enthusiasm for the automotive industry make the perfect mix

• Driving Pro: Valid driving licence category B
