Your future field of responsibility

Welcoming and caring for our guests as the first point of contact at reception
Ensuring a smooth process from check-in to check-out
Communication and coordination with all departments for optimal guest care
Responsibility for cash management and correct billing at the front office
Fulfilling individual guest requests with commitment, attentiveness, and service orientation

Your profile

Completed training in hospitality or first professional experience as a career changer with enthusiasm for guest service
High level of service orientation and the ability to convey a genuine welcome feeling to guests
Good English skills in spoken and written form for daily communication with international guests
Organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously – even in stressful situations
