Your tasks
- Maintenance and support of existing customers, explanation of our service offerings on site at the customer, managing customer inquiries, orders, returns, and complaints
- Checking and managing all important documents and punctuality for new deliveries
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces and other Elis locations
- Maintenance of our customer data in the CRM system
- Looking beyond the horizon: participation in the continuous improvement of our customer service
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable professional experience
- Experience in customer service or a service-oriented function
- Enjoyment of customer contact and teamwork
- Good MS Office skills and IT affinity (CRM systems are an advantage)
- Confident German language skills, French and English skills are an advantage
- Willingness for occasional on-site customer appointments
- Independent, solution-oriented, and friendly working style
