You hold a master’s degree in clinical psychology, occupational psychology or counselling and guidance psychology?

Your missions

As a Job Coach, you ensure the proper follow-up of beneficiaries registered in the disability insurance measures of our Connexion-Ressources structure. This support aims at sustainable reintegration into employment or training by providing individualised, personalised and weekly coaching.

Your main tasks:

• You support beneficiaries in accordance with health impairments and physical or psychological health limitations.
• You define a professional/integration project and employment aptitude using skills assessment tools, psychometric tests and qualitative tools.
• You engage beneficiaries around their professional training project.
• You develop beneficiaries’ employability and identify opportunities for internships in companies, employment or training.
• You ensure the placement of beneficiaries in employment or apprenticeships, as well as their follow-up during their activity.
• You collaborate with the external network (medical, case manager, etc.)
• You maintain and develop the business network by actively prospecting the labour market.

ASD Support:

• Ensure on-site supervision of Job Coaches in managing cases related to autism spectrum disorders (ASD)
• Develop and structure specialised ASD coaching, including processes, tools and dedicated tests
• Extend and adapt these approaches and tools to other neurodevelopmental disorders
• Collaborate with the assessment and testing team to design and evolve tools and tests specific to neurodevelopmental disorders
