What you can achieve with us
- You are responsible for our ITSM tool (Omnitracker), for which you take over administration, maintenance, and further development (e.g., user management, roles, workflows, catalogs, CMDB, etc.)
- Automation solutions to reduce manual tasks and improve response times will be implemented by you
- You quickly and effectively identify and resolve technical problems to keep downtime as low as possible
- You work closely with our internal teams to ensure that their requirements can be represented in the ITSM tool and implement them technically
- Together with our DevOps team, you have the opportunity to further develop our Business Process platform
- You gain insight into our monitoring solution and support both internal and external customers together with the DevOps team
What you bring
- With your strong analytical skills, you enjoy facing new challenges and always approach problems in a solution-oriented manner
- You have a completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification, as well as several years of experience with ITSM tools and processes; an ITIL certification is an advantage
- Solid knowledge in API integration and development, as well as experience in scripting and automation
- Successfully completed projects in the area of ERP integration and further development simplify your entry
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty as part of our monitoring solution
- You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
