Apprentice ICT Specialist (m/f/d)

To complement our IT team, we are looking for a motivated individual for the Aarau location starting apprenticeship August 2027 as an Apprentice ICT Specialist (m/f/d).You will learn with us
- To receive and process fault reports in 1st and 2nd level support (hardware/software, MS Office, network/server, etc.)
- To assist our employees with hardware and software technical problems, ensure ongoing operations (service operation), and install and operate printers, plotters, and scanners
- To monitor data processing, network, and server systems
- To independently install, support, and maintain workstations as well as manage user accounts (e.g. create, modify, delete users, reset passwords, assign permissions, etc.)
- To install and support client systems and software (locally and via SCCM)
- At least one day per week you will work at the Bremgarten location and/or visit branch offices
You bring with you
- Completed compulsory schooling at least at intermediate level (secondary school, Sek B) with good grades
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Strong interest in IT and technical innovations, as well as strength in mathematics and logical thinking
- Precise, customer-oriented, and independent working style, as well as a team-oriented, eager to learn, and resilient personality with good manners
- Good communication skills, high personal responsibility, and reliability
