The Alterszentrum Region Bülach Foundation comprises 159 nursing places and 29 retirement apartments at six different locations, Spitex services as well as a public restaurant. Nursing Expert 80-100%
Your main tasks
- Professional and personnel management of a team of around 6 people
- Further development of professional and evidence-based nursing and care in the inpatient sector, with a focus on Dementia Care and Palliative Care
- Responsible for nursing development
- Practice-oriented concept creation and further development of process management for nursing and care
- Conducting topic-specific training sessions
- Management of nursing projects
- Representation of the Head of Nursing & Care during absences
Your profile
- Bachelor / Master degree in Nursing (MScN)
- Leadership experience advantageous
- Extensive practical experience in inpatient elderly care
- Advanced training in dementia and palliative care
- High advisory competence
- Team-oriented, communicative and solution-focused personality
